heyo! my name is justin, but many people call me tingxuan instead!

I am currently based in stuttgart germany as a software intern @ german aerospace center working on the ml/ai infra side of the MoDa project (Models and data for the mobility of the future).

on the side, i am a founding engineer @ brikli, early stage startup building the infrastructure layer for real estate, with inbound vc interests (antler, maple vc) and LOIs. this experience encourages me to constantly information-max and to be continously building features with high PMF

interning in europe gives me the opportunity to backpack across the continent and hit as many countries as possible! (7 so far)

technically, I am experienced in full-stack development, applied AI / LLM systems, and cloud infrastructure, specifically with agentic harnesses, data ingestion pipelines and observability

on the side, I am interested in human computer relationships and machine learning, specifically exploring, RLHF, quantization, and neurotechnology interfaces

in my free time, I compete in badminton and ultimate frisbee, listen to philosophy podcasts, or attempt learn the guitar

Personal philosophy: everything from my background (non tech ecs coming into uni) to program (management engineering) is non standard in the tech sphere

to compensate, i like to self learn and grasp difficult concepts on my own

I hope to inspire others that being interdisciplinary is not a con but something to be proud of, coming from unique and unpaved backgrounds to achieve great things
